At The Statue Company, we’re committed to delivering high-quality sculptures and historical replicas. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us at orders@statues.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us at orders@statues.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been shipped.
  • If your order is already on its way, refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for your next steps.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for refused shipments.
  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable (since they’re made just for you!).
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

How to Return an Item:

1.     We want to hear from you! Send us an email at returns@statues.com with your reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

2.     Go ahead and repack the item carefully using its original materials. If the packing slip is missing, include your name, address, order number, and reason for return inside the package.

3.     We take great care in packing your order, and we’d love to get it back in the same condition. We just ask that you repack with great care to ensure it arrives safely.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us at orders@statues.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Keep all original packaging – you’ll need it for re-packing!
  • If damage is reported after 24 hours, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.
  • Go ahead, take lots of images as soon as you see damages—the more, the better! Plus, it will help us become better packers for the next customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery

All our statues are made-to-order and shipped directly from our facility to ensure top-tier craftsmanship. Please allow our artisans up to 7 working days to carefully complete your statue, depending on the complexity and size of your order. UPS and USPS are our preferred carriers for most orders, which typically arrive within 5-7 business days, unless you select another shipping method at checkout.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
  • If an item is unavailable or requires additional production time beyond 7 working days, a team member will personally contact you to discuss options—including a refund if we can’t meet your expectations.

Expedited Shipping Options

Need it sooner? For an additional charge, we may be able to rush or overnight ship your order, depending on availability.

📌 Rush Delivery (2-3 Business Days): Available for most items. Orders must be approved by 11:00 a.m. MST for same-day processing.
📌 Overnight Shipping: Available if the item is in stock. Orders placed on Friday will arrive Monday.
